Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the NEW AND UNWORN condition as supplied within 30 working days of receipt.
How to Return Your Item

Prepare the Slip: Locate the returns slip at the bottom of your invoice. Cut out the "Returns Reasons" section, tick the reason for return, and indicate if you require a replacement or refund. Place this inside your parcel.

Label the Parcel: Cut out the "Returns Address" section from your invoice and secure it to the outside of your parcel.

Packaging: We kindly ask you to re-use the outer bag/packaging or similar to return your order.
Important Note on Shoe Boxes The original shoe box is part of the product's retail value. If the original packaging is missing or defaced (e.g., writing or tape applied directly to the box), the retail value is reduced. In these cases, we will only refund 80% of the item's value.
Return Shipping & Refunds

Costs: Customers are required to cover the return shipping cost for unwanted or unsuitable items.

Refund Amount: Your refund will include the item cost only. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
